Add Team Members

Give anybody you work with access to your Datarova account

Invite your team to collaborate in Datarova by adding them to your account with the right level of access.

Plan availability: Adding team members is included on the new Professional, Team, and Agency plans. Professional includes 3 additional users, Team 10, and Agency 25. Compare plans and limits.

When to use this

Bring on a VA to run keyword research, share projects with a business partner, or give a freelancer view-only access to your work. Everyone you invite gets their own login, so you don't have to share your password.

Datarova has three roles. Pick the one that matches what each person actually needs to do.

Only Admins can see and manage the team. Members and View-only users won't see who else has access to the account.

Add a team member

  1. Go to Settings → Team

2. Click Invite member.

3. Enter their email address and pick a role.

4. They'll get an email invite with a link to set up their Datarova login. They won't be asked for payment details, since they're joining your account rather than creating their own.

Once they accept the invite, they'll show up on your Team page and can sign in straight away.

Change someone's role

You can change a member's role at any time. On the Team page, click the role next to their name and pick a new one. The change takes effect on their next page load.

Remove a team member

On the Team page, click Remove next to the person you want to remove. They'll lose access immediately and won't be able to sign in.

Team member limits

Every Datarova plan includes a different number of team member seats. If you hit your seat limit, you'll need to upgrade your plan before you can invite anyone new.

See the plans page for current limits on each plan.
